This clarity is foundational. You can’t move toward something better if you don’t know what you’re walking away from.

Identify the throughlines in your skills and experience
Just because the job title changes doesn’t mean the essence of your work disappears.
Look at what’s transferable:
- How you lead or collaborate
- The way you problem-solve
- Your ability to communicate, create, guide, or build
There are core traits you’ve likely used in every role you’ve had — those go with you.
